Terms of the offer
Last updated: 6 October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
These terms summarise the rdvFlow offer. The contract signed with each client details them and prevails.
How it works
For a business client, rdvFlow finds companies in its target market, researches them, writes to them and books meetings in its calendar. The client only pays for qualified meetings that took place.
A qualified meeting
A meeting is billed if it meets the criteria agreed together at the start, by default:
- the company matches the agreed target;
- the person is a decision maker or influencer in their area;
- they agreed to discuss the client's offer;
- they showed up to the meeting;
- they are not already a customer or an active prospect of the client.
A no-show or off-target meeting is not billed. The client can dispute a meeting within a period set in the contract.
Pricing
The price of a qualified meeting depends on the size of the company met, according to the grid on the site, excluding VAT: €250 for a company with 1 to 50 employees, €350 for 51 to 500, €500 above 500. No subscription and no setup fee: research, analysis, writing and sending the messages are included.
Billing
Qualified meetings are billed [to be completed] (frequency and payment terms).
rdvFlow's commitments
