rdvFlow processes two kinds of data: data about visitors to this site, and data about the professionals we contact on behalf of our clients. Data controller: rdvFlow, [to be completed].
Site visitors
- What we collect: the email (and website, if given) left in the contact form, with the referring page.
- Why: to get back to you and suggest a meeting, at your request.
- What we don't do: no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking tools. The information shown on the site about your visit (time, device) is computed in your browser and is not sent.
- Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.
Professionals we prospect
- What we process: name, job title, company, work email, and public information about the company (website, news, job openings, company registry, professional profile).
- Where this data comes from: public sources and professional databases (for example Prospeo, LinkedIn, the company's website). The source of each address is kept.
- Why: to suggest a conversation related to your role, on behalf of one of our clients (business-to-business prospecting, legitimate interest).
- Our rules: work addresses only, never personal ones; a message relevant to your role; an unsubscribe link in every message; an unsubscribe request is applied within 24 hours and covers all our clients.
- Meetings: if you accept a meeting, its booking (calendar) and, with your consent, its recording are used to check that it took place and meets the agreed criteria.
- Retention: 3 years after the last contact; removed from our campaigns immediately if you object.
Service providers
We use tools to find, verify, analyse and send (for example Prospeo, Firecrawl, MillionVerifier, Smartlead, ScaledMail, Anthropic for AI analysis, Cal.com, Grain, Stripe for billing). Some are located outside the European Union; transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Our servers are in France (OVH).
